Conservation Center - for Art and Historic Artifacts

The Conservation Center specializes in the treatment of art and historic artifacts on paper. Established in 1977, CCAHA is one of the largest non-profit regional conservation labs in the country.

Conservation Technician

Orelia E. Dann, Conservation Technician, received her B.A. in Germanic Studies and Art and Art History from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA.

Ms. Dann is currently assisting in the treatment of the Pennsylvania State Archive’s American Civil War Muster Out Rolls, a Save America’s Treasures project. She joined the CCAHA staff in 2006 as a packing technician. Before coming to Philadelphia, she had interned at University of Michigan’s William L. Clements Library, the Commonwealth Conservation Center in Harrisburg, PA, and Dickinson College’s Trout Gallery.
