Heather Godlewski, Conservation Assistant, works primarily in CCAHA's paper conservation section, aiding in the management and treatment of projects, but also assists the book and housing departments. Larger projects have included the treatment of approximately one thousand Civil War Muster Out Rolls from the Pennsylvania State Archives and Native American treaties from the New York State Archives.
Heather has a Certificate of Painting from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. She has worked as a technician in several branches of conservation, including paintings, objects, and industrial artifacts. In addition to her work at CCAHA, she is a working artist with occasional showings at local galleries.
