Tamara Talansky, Conservation Technician, received her B.S. from the University of Florida in Film/Communications in 1991, after which she took graduate courses in Photography and Museum Studies at Columbia College, Chicago.
Ms. Talansky joined the staff of CCAHA in 2007 and is part of the Collections Care Department. In addition to working at CCAHA, she is currently Assistant Director of Gallery 339 in Philadelphia, a fine art photography gallery. She is also a Photo Conservation Technician for a private conservator in Milford, NJ. Prior to joining the staff of CCAHA, Ms. Talansky worked at the Museum of Contemporary Photography in Chicago, and also as Assistant Director of Catherine Edelman Gallery, Chicago.
