Participants in this one-day workshop will learn the basics of caring for ephemera, three dimensional and oversize paper items, from paper dolls and stamps, to architectural drawings and oversized maps. Demonstrations and case studies will be used to demonstrate common preservation and handling issues with these unique materials. Simple storage solutions will also be discussed.
